 KTGY-designed $29 Million Mixed-use Senior Housing Development Planned in Downtown Portland
KTGY announced it is providing architectural design services for a new $29 million pedestrian-oriented 132-unit mixed-use senior housing community situated near downtown Portland, Oregon. Intended for LEED Gold certification and developed by the Foursquare Foundation, the project is slated to commence construction in the spring of 2012 and be completed in approximately 18 months. The new community will help mitigate the soaring demand for quality affordable housing to active seniors 62 years of age and over.  New Architectural Services Launched

Construction has commenced on a new 332-bed student housing community at the University of Wyoming (UW) in Laramie. The new development features 84 apartments, which consist mostly of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths in primarily a townhouse-neighborhood with some flats near the community center, and a 4,000-square-foot community center combined with maintenance facilities. KTGY Group is providing architectural design services for a new 183,000 sq. ft. mixed-use student housing building to be developed by Irvine-based Hanover Pacific, LLC at the Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU) in Pomona, Calif. Designed to LEED Silver specifications, the 3.3-acre project is a public/private partnership with the city's Redevelopment Agency, Vehicle Parking District, and Hanover Pacific, along with the support of Western University of Health Sciences (WesternU).
