I keep records on media reports of barn fires and the animals lost in those fires. The financial and emotional losses are tremendous, but there is information available to prevent nearly every fire and much of that information is posted on my website, at no charge, for anyone wanting to protect the animals in their care--whether for economic or emotional reasons. Highland Development Plans $35 Million New Specialty Market & Drug Store Anchored Shopping Center in Visalia, Calif.
Highland Development Company has plans to develop a new $35 million upscale neighborhood shopping center located in Visalia (Tulare County), Calif. The new ground-up development will include a specialty market, drug store, sit-down restaurant, various quick-serve restaurants, cafes, retail shops and bank. The 14.3-acre project is bounded by Caldwell and Kimball avenues and West and Court streets and will include more than 82,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Highland Development hopes to announce the company names of the specialty market and drug store in the next 30 days.  KTGY Designed New $70 Million Mixed-Use Urban Living Project in Downtown Los Angeles
KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, designed the Market Lofts at 9th and Flower, a brand new $70 million mixed-use, urban community located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Developed by Lee Homes of Marina del Rey, Calif., in partnership with CIM Group of Los Angeles, the project includes six stories of for-sale lofts above street-level retail and a subterranean garage. The retail is anchored by a much-anticipated Ralphs Fresh Fare supermarket, the first supermarket in downtown Los Angeles since the 1950s. Other retailers include The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Cold Stone Creamery, Quiznos Subs, the UPS Store, Robeks Juice and Pastagina.  Guarding Terry Nichols
