Coreland Companies’ leasing/sales division negotiated two leases for more than $4 million. Coreland negotiated a 2,254 SF, 10-year lease with A&K Management, LLC, dba Arby’s, at Newport Camino Plaza, located at the corner of Newport Avenue and El Camino Real in Tustin. Investec Real Estate Companies will break ground on Gene Autry Plaza, a new 60,000 sq. ft. shopping center in Palm Springs, Calif. The new ground-up $17.5 million development, which is located at the southeast corner of Ramon and Gene Autry Trail (Highway 111), will feature Smart & Final and Staples, 11,500 sq. ft. of shop space, and a bronze statue of Gene Autry. Completion is expected in April 2009. The addition of Gene Autry Plaza to Investec’s retail portfolio brings the company’s total to more than 2,000,000 square feet of retail space in California, valued at over $600 million. KKE Architects Completes Three Shopping Centers for Hopkins Real Estate Group in Southern California
KKE Architects has completed three shopping centers located in southern California on behalf of Hopkins Real Estate Group (HREG) in Irvine. The retail centers are: Imperial Promenade in La Habra; 47th Street Pavilion in Palmdale; and Talega Village Center in San Clemente. For all three projects, KKE provided the conceptual and schematic designs, design development, city entitlements, construction drawings and construction administration. Coreland Companies Opens Second Office in Orange County to Manage Growing Portfolio
Coreland Companies has opened its second Orange County office, strategically located in Brea to better serve its clients in northern Orange County. This brings the total number of Coreland offices in Southern California to nine. Last year, Coreland opened an office in Salt Lake City, Utah. Cynthia Swanson, a regional real estate manager based in Coreland's Tustin office, will relocate to the new Brea office and head up the office.
