KTGY-Designed Eco-Friendly Senior Housing Breaks Ground in Northern California (2010-10-19)
Urban Housing Communities has commenced construction on Horizons at Morgan Hill, a 49-unit affordable senior housing community in Morgan Hill, Calif., designed by KTGY. This new $21.2 million community will offer healthy, supportive and eco-friendly apartment homes to seniors 55 years and older earning between 30 percent and 50 percent of Santa Clara County median income.

Northern California's First Home for Developmentally Disabled Seniors Designed by KTGY Opens (2010-07-20)
HomeAid Northern California recently dedicated Phase 1 of the Village at Walpert Center in Hayward. This is HomeAid's 1st home for developmentally disabled seniors, and 9th project. Architecture and planning firm, KTGY Group designed these homes. Upon completion in late summer 2010, the development will include five identical six-bedroom homes.

Horizons at Indio Receives National Award for Outstanding Senior Affordable Housing Community (2009-05-29)
Developers Urban Housing Communities and Heritage Community Housing, and architectural firm KTGY have received national award for outstanding affordable senior housing community, Horizons at Indio. Horizons at Indio is located at 45405 Monroe Street in Indio, Calif., near the new, state-of-the-art Indio Senior Center scheduled to open this summer. The community opened last year and features 47 one-bedroom apartments at 679 square feet and 33 two-bedroom apartments at 922 square feet. KTGY utilized design elements intended to create a healthy and active environment and to build a close-knit neighborhood. The award-winning architecture firm also incorporated green-building features and energy-efficient elements into the design of Horizons.
