  Hodgdon Group Completes 12th Retail Project for Ashley Furniture HomeStore at Northridge Fashion Center in Los Angeles (2011-12-20)
The Hodgdon Group has completed construction on the conversion of the former Levitz building at Northridge Fashion Center in Northridge, Calif., for the opening of an Ashley Furniture HomeStore. Hodgdon-Miank Construction served as the full-service design-build contractor and completed the major renovation of the 34,000 sq. ft. freestanding Ashley Furniture HomeStore located at 9301 Tampa Avenue in Los Angeles County. This is the 12th Ashley HomeStore to open, which has been completed by the Hodgdon Group.
Hodgdon Group Brokers Ashley Furniture Purchase of Retail Property in Victorville, CA (2009-10-22)
Hodgdon Group represented Ashley Furniture in the acquisition of a former Wickes Furniture building in Victorville, CA. Hodgdon also performed due-diligence review and coordination on behalf of Ashley for the 2.3-acre property acquisition. Hodgdon-Miank Construction, a full-service construction company, is the Design-Build contractor on the tenant improvements. The store will be quickly remodeled and will open for business in mid November. Hodgdon Group Represents Ashley Furniture HomeStore in Lease Transaction in Palmdale, CA (2009-09-23)
Aaron Hodgdon, president of Hodgdon Group, represented Ashley Furniture HomeStore in a lease transaction to occupy the former 42,000 sq. ft. Wickes Furniture building in the Sierra Commons shopping center, located across from the Antelope Valley Mall in Palmdale, CA. Hodgdon also performed due diligence review on behalf of Ashley. Additionally, Hodgdon-Miank Construction has commenced as the Design Build contractor on the tenant improvements. Ashley plans to open on October 2. 1 |
