KTGY GROUP Becomes a Finalist for Three Builder’s Choice Awards -- Royal Court in Morgan Hill, Nuevo Amanecer in Pajaro & The Lofts at Playa Vista (2007-08-29)
Award-winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, has received finalist recognition for three of its projects in the Builder’s Choice Design & Planning Awards competition, the housing industry’s most prestigious design awards program. Royal Court in Morgan Hill, Calif. received recognition in the Single Family Detached Product category. Nuevo Amanecer Apartments in Pajaro, Calif. is recognized in the Affordable Housing Community category. The Lofts at Playa Vista is also a finalist in the category of Best Attached Housing Project Mid Rise 4 to 7 Stories. To commemorate the winning projects, an awards show will be held at The Ritz Carlton Hotel in Washington, D.C. in October 2007 and be featured in the October issue of Builder magazine, the official magazine of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

Award-winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, is pleased to announce its latest achievement at the most recent Builder’s Choice Design & Planning Awards held at The Ritz Carlton hotel in Washington, D.C. KTGY won the Grand Award for two of its California residential mixed-use projects, Bayside in Hercules and Aqua Via in Oakland. There were more than 500 entries received for this year’s competition.
