A special launch party is planned for former-professional MMA fighter Joey Alvarado’s first fitness DVD: Combat Kettlebell Systems Volume 1. The launch party will be held at The York in Highland Park on January 11, 2011. Joey Alvarado will be on hand to answer questions and the DVD itself will be on sale for a special discounted rate.
