The brokerage division of Coreland Companies has negotiated four retail lease transactions in Southern California during the third quarter of 2010, totaling more than 50,000 sq. ft., with a total value of nearly $4 million. Coreland represented the property ownership in all four transactions.

Coreland Companies Negotiates Two Leases in Orange County Valued at $3 Million (2010-03-03)
Coreland Companies’ leasing / sales division has negotiated two leases in Orange County for a total value of more than $3 million. Coreland negotiated a 20,362 SF, 10-year, $2 million retail lease with Planet Fitness at Euclid Shopping Center, located at 1620 W. Katella Avenue in Anaheim. Planet Fitness is slated to open in June 2010. Also, Coreland negotiated a 7,193 SF, 72-month, $1.0 million lease with Phoenix Group Information Systems at the Main Street Town Center, a 215,000-square-foot Class A office building located at 2677 Main Street in Santa Ana. The Phoenix Group, which will join Aetna and Morgan Stanley as tenants, will take possession of the office space in April 2010. Coreland is the exclusive leasing agent for both properties.

Coreland Provides Disposition, Receivership & Property Management Services and Sells REO Industrial Property for $9,925,000 (2009-10-14)
Coreland Companies represented the seller in the sale of a lender-owned industrial complex at 9220 Hall Road in Downey, Calif. The purchase price was $9,925,000. Located on 7.1 acres, the sale consisted of 45 industrial condo units encompassing 174,380 SF and situated in a newly completed 50-unit industrial development. Prior to the sale, Coreland Principal Patrick Galentine was appointed State Court Receiver in matters involving the asset. Coreland Companies was named property manager during the receivership period, and Coreland’s brokerage department provided a strategic oversight role for the property’s disposition.

Coreland Awarded Over 1 Million SF in Management Contracts During 1st Quarter including Nearly 500,000 SF in Court-Appointed Receivership Service Assignments (2009-05-27)
Coreland has recently been awarded over one million square feet in property management contracts. Nearly half of the new assignments are on behalf of state court-appointed receivers. Coreland Companies has opened its second Orange County office, strategically located in Brea to better serve its clients in northern Orange County. This brings the total number of Coreland offices in Southern California to nine. Last year, Coreland opened an office in Salt Lake City, Utah. Cynthia Swanson, a regional real estate manager based in Coreland's Tustin office, will relocate to the new Brea office and head up the office.
