KTGY Designs Diane's Beachwear First Arizona Store (2011-02-01)
KTGY is the architect for Diane's Beachwear's first store in Arizona, which will open at the Scottsdale Quarter in early March 2011. The 1,200 sf flagship store represents the 19-store chain's debut outside of California. Skyline Development and Construction of Norco, Calif., is the general contractor. Diane's Beachwear has a large selection of mix and match separates, cover-ups, accessories, and sportswear. Some of Diane's stores now carry "Kid's Beachwear" and "Men's Beachwear" to suit the ultimate beachwear family. Diane's top selling brands include: Sunsets, L*Space, Vitamin A, Becca, Vix, & Billabong.
