QAI Launches “Edista” Suite of Education Ventures (2007-08-23)
QAI, the world's leading process consulting organization addressing Operational Excellence for the IT, BPO and knowledge intensive services sectors today announced a series of education, testing and certification initiatives under the Edista brand. Edista in Finnish language (edistää) means “to enhance, to facilitate”.
Responding to the demand supply gap in the IT industry, and with the intention of building capacity and capability amongst IT professionals, QAI has announced an online curriculum, EdistaLearning, an initiative in the Software Testing sphere, Edista Testing Institute, and a skills assessments and measurements initiative, EdistaCertifications, targeted at both the corporate and the retail sectors.
