Hodgdon Group Retained as Developer & Design Build Contractor for Major Renovation/Expansion of Former Circuit City in Laguna Hills, California (2011-10-14)
Hodgdon Group has commenced construction on the renovation and expansion of the former Circuit City building located in Laguna Hills, California. The former Circuit City will be expanded to make way for a fully-remodeled 51,000-square-foot retail building to include a Ashley Furniture HomeStore, and a Chick-fil-A restaurant with drive-thru on an outparcel. Hodgdon Group is serving as the fee developer, contractor and master leasing broker for the redevelopment project. Hodgdon Group also negotiated the site acquisition.

The Hodgdon Group, a full-service real estate brokerage, development and construction management company based in San Bernardino, recently negotiated the purchase of a four +/- acre parcel for Ashley Furniture HomeStore at the new Desert Gateway shopping center in Palm Desert. The Hodgdon Group also coordinated the entitlements and will be the construction manager for Ashley Furniture. Currently in the construction documentation phase, the 50,000-square-foot Ashley Furniture HomeStore is projected to open in the fall of 2007.

The Hodgdon Group, a full-service real estate development, brokerage and construction management company based in San Bernardino, recently completed the development of Saddleback RV Center in Colton as part of an 81-acre, $50 million master-planned development project. The $6.5 million Saddleback RV Center, which is located at 755 Ashley Way, is planning its Grand Opening celebration on the weekend of July 22 and 23, 2006.
