 Hodgdon Group Completes 12th Retail Project for Ashley Furniture HomeStore at Northridge Fashion Center in Los Angeles (2011-12-20)
The Hodgdon Group has completed construction on the conversion of the former Levitz building at Northridge Fashion Center in Northridge, Calif., for the opening of an Ashley Furniture HomeStore. Hodgdon-Miank Construction served as the full-service design-build contractor and completed the major renovation of the 34,000 sq. ft. freestanding Ashley Furniture HomeStore located at 9301 Tampa Avenue in Los Angeles County. This is the 12th Ashley HomeStore to open, which has been completed by the Hodgdon Group.  Hodgdon-Miank Construction Completes $2 Million Phase I Renovation at Pierside Pavilion in Huntington Beach (2010-12-09)
Hodgdon-Miank Construction, Inc. has completed a $2 million major renovation of the Pierside Pavilion, a four-level retail, dining, and office complex located at 300 Pacific Coast Highway in downtown Huntington Beach, Calif. The renovation converted the former Mann 6 Theatre into 33,049 square feet of multi-use Class “A” office and restaurant space and renovated a two-level, 118,790-square-foot subterranean parking structure. Phase two, which will commence shortly, will consist of extensive tenant improvements for new tenants Grupo Gallegos, an award-winning advertising agency, and a live entertainment venue. In late June, Hodgdon-Miank Construction completed tenant improvements at Pierside Pavilion for International retailer Havaianas, which opened its first U.S. location there.  Hodgdon-Miank Construction Begins Renovation of Barstow Mall and Tenant Improvements for New County Offices (2010-08-06)
Hodgdon-Miank Construction has started construction on the remodel of the Barstow Mall, including tenant improvements for the County of San Bernardino's new social service office for the Transition Assistance Department and Children and Family Services. The scope of work includes demolition and the reconfiguration of approximately 37,500 sq. ft. of space formerly occupied by Sears, to make room for the county's new offices located at the east end of the mall. The tenant improvements should be completed November 1, with plans to be open for business by December 1, 2010.  Hodgdon-Miank Construction Completes First U.S. Store for Havaianas (2010-06-29)
Hodgdon-Miank Construction has completed tenant improvements in two weeks for the first U.S. store for International brand Havaianas. Located at 300 Pacific Coast Highway in downtown Huntington Beach, the new 1,250-square-foot store is situated right next to the beach, just opposite the pier. Hodgdon-Miank Construction recently served as the Design-Build General Contractor for RREEF and PGP Partners completing $1.2 million in tenant improvements for tenants Stater Bros.; Brands on Sale, and two other buildings at Mountain View Industrial Center in Redlands, CA. Hodgdon-Miank Construction recently completed the construction of Miguel's California Mexican Cocina & Cantina at The Promenade Shops at Dos Lagos in Corona, Calif. The restaurant is an 8,000 sq. ft. freestanding building with a 2,100 sq. ft. patio. Hodgdon-Miank Construction has previously built two other restaurants for Miguel's, one in Fontana and the other in Grand Terrace; both are 3,000 sq. ft. ground-up fast-food restaurants with drive-thrus and patios.  Hodgdon Miank Construction Begins Construction on $6.4 Million Medical & Professional Office Development in Lake Elsinore, Calif. (2007-07-10)
Omni West Group Inc. of Laguna Hills has awarded Hodgdon Miank Construction, Inc. the contract to build The Plaza at Lakeview Medical & Professional Center, a new $6.4 million project situated in the master-planned community of Canyon Estates in Lake Elsinore. The project, which has recently broken ground, features two upscale 33,000-square-foot two-story buildings and is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2008. The Ontario office of Grubb & Ellis and Austin-Brockett of Temecula are handling the marketing, sales and leasing of the project. 1 |
