KTGY Names Keith Labus & Ken Ryan New Shareholders (2008-03-19)
Award-winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, has named two new shareholders in the company’s Irvine office: Keith Labus, Principal of Studio 6; and Ken Ryan, Principal of the Community Planning and Urban Design Studio. Labus has been associated with KTGY since 2002 and offers the clientele 13 years of award-winning planning and design experience in the areas of high density market rate and affordable residential and mixed-use projects. With over 20 years of experience, Ryan has served as a leader guiding the design and implementation of a wide variety of complex high profile projects throughout the United States. Ryan joined KTGY in 2007 and currently heads up KTGY’s Community Planning and Urban Design Studio providing expertise in master planned communities, urban design, mixed-use/regeneration, resort/recreation, strategic planning and entitlement services.
