On November 9, Ryan will moderate a panel on "The New Reality of Master Planned Communities," from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.; and Gonzalez will be a speaker at the session, "The Consumer Speaks; Are You Listening?" from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

KTGY’s Principal Ken Ryan has been invited to participate in the Orange County Chapter’s Building Industry Association (BIA) and Urban Infill Committee and Asset Opportunities Group's program, “Creating a Community within a Community: Neighborhood Spotlight: La Floresta Brea," on Thursday, June 2, 2011. La Floresta is a multi-generational, mixed-use community that offers new housing opportunities, jobs and amenities on a prominent urban infill site in north Orange County. The meeting will be held at the Irvine Ranch Water District's Duck Club meeting room.
