KTGY Principal and thought-leader Rohit Anand, AIA, will participate as a panelist at NMHC Annual Meeting's general session, "Apartment of the Future," on Thursday, January 19. With more than 25 years of professional achievement in leading the design of multifamily residential developments, Anand will discuss the shrinking apartment size, design features and layouts of units.
