REP Commercial Negotiates Three Retail Leases in Los Angeles County (2006-08-17)
REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today that David Morgan of REP Commercial in Irvine recently completed several retail lease negotiations in Los Angeles County including the signing of a 10-year lease for 2,310 square feet for Niko Niko sushi restaurant franchisee at Canyon Point Marketplace in Rowland Heights; a five-year lease for 1,050 square feet for a Cartridge World franchisee at the Vons Center in Los Alamitos; and a one-year lease for 738 square feet for Thierry’s Fashions at Orange Carson Plaza in Long Beach.
