Abu Dhabi Reprises its Role as Regional Medication Safety Leader (2011-03-22)
The 4th Medication Safety Conference, the newest edition of the highly successful Medication Safety Series, supported by SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. PJSC) will take place from April 29th - May 1st, 2011 in Abu Dhabi.
Based on previous successes, the event will host over 500 delegates from the GCC and region, including pharmacists, physicians, nurses, students and other healthcare professionals devoted to patient safety and in particular medication safety best practices.
A faculty of distinguished international speakers from highly-recognized organizations such as the Institute for Safe Medication Practices (ISMP, North America), National Patient Safety Agency (NPSA, UK), American Society of Medication Safety Officers (ASMSO) and Joint Commission (JC) will once again converge on Abu Dhabi to provide delegates with up-to-date research and strategies to both increase delegates' awareness of critical safety issues and share top-quality scientific material.
