Optima Risk Management Services, a leading Insurance brokering consultancy, has just opened three more offices at Sonepat, Panipat and Karnal, making its expansion to the heart of North India. This initiative would help Optima in strengthening its exposure in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
The customer today expects good quality service at reasonable prices. Optima with its experience and strong relationships with the insurers is in a position to meet these expectations of the customers. After extensive research Optima has concluded that people in tier 2-3 cities are heavily underinsured and therefore it has embarked on a concerted strategy to set up operations in these cities.
