How ICTs Are Changing the Way We Live: eLearning Africa Launches Online Photo Competition (2010-02-18)
eLearning Africa, the largest Pan-African conference on ICT for development, education and training, has launched an online photo competition. The organisers are inviting people to submit images that show how ICTs have changed the way Africans live, learn and work. The winning photos will be exhibited at the conference from May 26 -28, 2010 in Lusaka, Zambia.
