Real Estate Partners Spending Nearly $100 Million for Orange County 368-unit Luxury Apartment Community in San Clemente, CA (2006-09-26)
Real Estate Partners, Inc., based in Irvine, CA, purchased Seacreast Apartment Homes, a 368-unit luxury, ocean view apartment community in San Clemente, CA, for $87.5 million and plans to spend $10 million on renovations bringing the company’s investment total to nearly $100 million. This acquisition represents Real Estate Partners’ single largest dollar investment in an asset as well as the company’s first Orange County multifamily purchase, and second multifamily purchase in Southern California this year.
