The properties sold are: Rancho Cordova Town Center in Rancho Cordova for $26,500,000; Marguerite Plaza in Mission Viejo for $12,500,000; Magnolia Plaza in Fountain Valley for $4,000,000; and Zitny Plaza in Garden Grove for $3,790,000.
