An answering service can claim bilingual capabilities if they have one or more bilingual operator on staff. If their bilingual staff member is un-available, the service loses bilingual capabilities. Messages Plus Answering Service has launched a sub division of its service which is a population of operators who are all bilingual (English & Spanish).
