REP Commercial Negotiates 2,450 SF Lease for Moveable Cubicle in San Clemente, Calif.; Tenant to open in November 2005
REP Commercial, Inc. announced today the company negotiated a three-year lease on behalf of Moveable Cubicle, Inc. of Raleigh, NC for 2,450 square feet to locate at 193 La Pata in San Clemente in an 20,500-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building.

Moveable Cubicle, Inc. of Raleigh, NC signed a three-year lease for 2,450 square feet to locate at 193 La Pata in San Clemente. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. This is an additional location for Moveable Cubicle, which rents portable storage containers. Moveable Cubicle is slated to open in November 2005.
