Holiday Gift Card Giveaway for Single Mom’s
Single Mother Resources is launching their first ever "Gift Giving Program" which is just for single mothers in need to give them a little something extra during the holidays. The program is in effort to help lift the weight off their shoulders during a stressful time of year.

Giving away hundreds of dollars for single mothers, SingleMotherResources.com has launched their first annual “Holiday Gift Giving Program”. The Web site, dedicated to helping single mothers with the financial and emotional support they need, is launching the contest from December 6, 2005 through December 31, 2005 so single mothers have something extra to start the New Year off with.
“We really wanted to reach out to single mothers during this time because this time of year can be stressful, especially if you are on a low-income budget,” comments Kelly Kennedy, co-developer of Single Mother Resources. “We are hoping that by having some extra cash to start the New Year off with, it will take some weight off their shoulders”. Single Mother Resources will give away one $100 gift certificate, two $50 gift certificates, and three $20 gift certificates to the single mothers choice from Target, Amazon, or Old Navy.
Single mothers will be selected based upon the “day in the life” stories they submit. Their stories can be as short as a paragraph to as long as they feel necessary. Single Mother Resources would like single moms to share their stories anonymously in the community forum, in the forum dedicated to the “Gift Giving Program”. If for some reason single moms can’t post in the forum, they can simply email their story to giftgiving@singlemotherresources.com. The more stories shared, the more advice and words of encouragement other single moms can express.
Single Mother Resources is also looking for a targeted goal of 100 webmasters to contribute to this program by putting a link on their site to Single Mother Resources so more single mothers know of this opportunity and have the chance to be apart of it. “Our program is funded by single mothers, and contributors of our site, so we rely on the help of other’s in the community as well to spread the word so single mothers in need will know about the giveaway.”
