IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease at Upland Professional Center in Upland, Calif. for an employment recruiting firm.
REP Commercial is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and management services company specializing in the sale, leasing, repositioning, management and disposition of client properties.
Vedior North America, LLC dba Placement Pros of Wakefield, MA signed a five-year lease for 2,838 square feet to locate at Upland Professional Center at 123 E. Ninth Street in Upland. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. Evelyn Nash and John Moss, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented Placement Pros in the lease transaction. Steve Roppel of Lee & Associates of Ontario represented the landlord, Huntco Industries, LLC of Chatsworth, Calif.
Placement Pros is slated to open later this month, January 2006. This is an additional location for Placement Pros.
