Coldstone Creamery signed a 10-year lease for 1,500 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $483,750 at Ladera Center, located at the northwest corner of Centinela Avenue and La Tijera Boulevard in Ladera Heights. The tenant, which was represented by MAS Real Estate of Scottsdale, AZ, is anticipated to open in early August 2006 at 5375-A Centinela. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for the Ladera Center and represented the landlord, Heidt Torres of Santa Monica, in the lease transaction.
Lakewood
Tuesday Morning signed a 5-year lease for 9,500 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $638,400 at Lakewood Marketplace I, located at 5436-B Woodruff Avenue in Lakewood. The tenant, which was represented by Colliers-Seeley in Irvine, is anticipated to open in early May 2006. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for Lakewood Marketplace and represented the landlord, Toibb Enterprises of Woodland Hills, in the lease transaction.
VENTURA COUNTY
Simi Valley
Furniture Valley signed a 7-year lease for 9,270 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $1,135,760 at Mountaingate Plaza, located at the northeast corner of Los Angeles Avenue and First Street in Simi Valley. The tenant, which represented itself, is anticipated to open in early May 2006 at 1157 Los Angeles Avenue. Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles is the exclusive landlord representative for Mountaingate Plaza and represented the landlord, Mountaingate Associates, LLC of Portland, OR, in the lease transaction.
