June 28, 2006 (FPRC) -- IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and management services company specializing in the sale, leasing, repositioning, management and disposition of client properties, announced today Jeff Gaynor, based in the company’s Irvine office, represented Warmington Homes of Costa Mesa in the purchase of nine acres of vacant land located on the southeast corner of 4th Street and Golden Oak Road in Ontario, Calif. The purchase price was approximately $6,341,580.
“The property, which has been known as the Smiderle Trust property, is prime infill residential property,” said Jeff Gaynor of REP Commercial. “This is an excellent opportunity for the buyer.” Warmington Homes plans to build 49 single family residences on the site.
The buyer was Warmington Homes and the seller was Frank Smiderle of Upland, Calif.
