August 21, 2006 (FPRC) -- IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated leases for Blockbuster and Dollar Tree Store in the Mill Valley Square shopping center located on West Ellendale Avenue in Dallas, Oregon.

Dollar Tree Store, Inc. of Chesapeake, Virginia signed a five-year lease for 14,700 square feet and is expected to open on October 15, 2006 at 160 West Ellendale Avenue in the Mill Valley Square shopping center. Blockbuster, based in McKinney, Texas, also signed a five-year lease for 2,500 square feet and is expected to open in September 2006 within this same center at 170 West Ellendale Avenue. Terry Parker of REP Commercial in Irvine represented the landlord, the Zanchi Trust of Huntington Beach, Calif., as well as Dollar Tree and Blockbuster. Mill Valley Square is a neighborhood center anchored by Safeway and Rite Aid. Mill Valley Square shopping center is now 100% leased.
