IMF, Worldbank Conference Fills Up Singapore Hotels

August 31, 2006 (FPRC) -- With only a few days left until September 11, the first day of registration of the Annual Meetings of the Board of Governors of the The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Group, delegates and observers are scrambling to find rooms in hotels in Singapore close to the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre, the 2006 venue of the IMF conference.
About 16,000 visitors are expected to converge in Singapore for the IMF and Worldbank conference.
