UK Mortgage Guru launches challenge: “Is there anyone we can’t find a mortgage for?”

www.PublicAngel.com has set up its Mortgage Guru service, where it virtually guarantees to find a mortgage for anyone, no matter what their financial circumstances.
Site founder Nilesh Gohil said the service doesn’t necessarily mean the sting of higher interest rates.
He said: “In one example a couple in Coventry were struggling to re-mortgage because they were self-employed with no accounts, had County Court Judgements against them and had defaulted on previous credit!
“But the Mortgage Guru actually got them a new mortgage fixed at a rate of 4.99% for three years, compared to their previous rate of 6.25%.”
