October 11, 2006 ((Arlington, VA) — African American women entrepreneurs is the new big business fueling the American economy. Oprah Winfrey and Sheila Johnson and other savvy brilliant business women paved the way and has taught us so much about success both on a professional and personal level. One of the lessons I have learned from these exceptional women is to , “Think Big and Embrace The Power of Possibilities”. The Moment Group, founded by author, business expert, and self-proclaimed “corporate drop out” Robert Moment, is a small business coaching and consulting firm that serves only small service businesses and professionals. Robert Moment founded the Moment Group after seventeen years working in the corporate world, including major companies such as Xerox, Bank of America, Citicorp and Nextel Communications. So why give all that up? Robert wondered what difference he was making in the world, and went soul searching, looking for a sense of purpose. With the help of a coach, he decided five years ago that he could make a difference in the world by coaching, consulting, and using his experience and knowledge with large corporations to help small businesses.
