Tonya brings with her a wealth of Client Service experience. She was most recently with Weichert, where she was Inside Sales Manager of the Weichert Lead Network. At Weichert, she managed two inbound/outbound call centers, developed and implemented employee training programs, increased productivity, and led cross-functional teams in pursuit of process and technology improvements.

In her previous roles, Tonya managed the client service group at Cendant Corporation and has worked in client service roles at Reckitt Benckiser and Novartis Consumer Health.
