XENIA, Ohio—Nationwide Bi-weekly Administration, headquartered in Xenia, Ohio, has promoted three employees.
Jamie Howell has been promoted to sales trainer. Howell will be responsible for educating new employees during a three-to-four week training class. Howell will also lead weekly sales meetings and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
Stephanie Howard has been promoted to customer service supervisor. She will develop employees’ skills and evaluate their performance.
Karen James has been promoted to customer service project coordinator. She will develop and maintain schedules for departmental projects, responsibilities and meetings.
