Award-winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, has added Stacy Stout as marketing director in the company’s recently opened Denver, Colorado office. In her new position, Stout is responsible for the region’s business development and marketing activities. The addition of Stout will provide KTGY with the local resources to more effectively reach out to existing and prospective clients in the region.

January 31, 2007 (FPRC) -- IRVINE, CALIF. - Award-winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, has added Stacy Stout as marketing director in the company’s recently opened Denver, Colorado office. In her new position, Stout is responsible for the region’s business development and marketing activities. The addition of Stout will provide KTGY with the local resources to more effectively reach out to existing and prospective clients in the region.
KTGY’s Denver office, which is headed by industry veterans Michael Ohara, principal and director of residential design and Scott Higa, principal and director of retail, manages a variety of mixed-use, master-planned, residential and retail development projects located throughout the West such as a 150-acre master plan near the Denver International Airport for DPC Development Company; retail power, commercial and lifestyle centers in Denver, Utah and Southern California; townhomes for Toll Brothers in Lonetree; a 500-unit mixed-use project for Jupiter Golf Limited Partnership in the Las Vegas Valley; and the 25-acre master-planned community of Riverwalk for William Lyon Homes in Riverside, California.

Most recently, Stout was the marketing director for an architectural firm based in Denver. Previously, she served as a marketing strategist for a Denver Advertising Agency where she worked with client firms to assist them in determining their marketing goals and helping to achieve them; and a marketing manager for a title company located in Englewood, Colo.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from the University of Colorado in Denver and participated in the University of Manchester, England’s Business Exchange Program. She also attended the University of Maryland’s Asian program in Okinawa, Japan. In 2005, she was awarded Member of the Year by the Society for Marketing Professional Services. She is currently a resident of Centennial, Colo.
