February 14, 2007 (FPRC) -- American Air & Water, Inc. added Sporicidin® Enzyme Mold Cleaner concentrate to its line of indoor environmental improvement products. The mold remediation professionals and end users who tested the product are returning excellent feedback for the new mold cleaner.

The Enzyme Mold Cleaner (ENZ-3212) is a very effective enzyme combination of protease (to remove protein), amylase (to remove starch) and lipase (to remove fat), which also quickly dissolves and removes mold and organic matter. The product comes in quart bottles and 1 quart of mold cleaner concentrate makes 16 gallons of ready to use mold cleaner. Coverage per gallon of mold cleaning solution is approximately 1,200sq. ft. which makes it a very economical and highly effective product for mold remediation.

The mold cleaner can be used to clean, deodorize, remove stains and remove mold and biological contaminants from carpets, fabrics and other porous, semi-porous and non-porous materials and surfaces. The product is applied with cloth, sponge, sprayer or ULV fogger. Dwell time is 1 minute (up to 10 minutes for carpets) and then rinsed or wiped off. The enzymes and detergents in the Mold Cleaner will break down the organic matter (oils, mold, food, blood), making the removal easier and faster.

The Enzyme Mold Cleaner is NON-hazardous to humans via inhalation, skin contact or ingestion. It may cause mild irritation of the eyes on direct contact. Product Data Sheet and MSDS are available on the website of American Air & Water, Inc.
