March 16, 2007 (FPRC) -- TUSTIN, CALIF. – Coreland Companies of Tustin, one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced today it has opened a new regional office in Salt Lake City, the firm’s first out of state office, and named local real estate management expert Renee Pugh as Regional Real Estate Manager.
“The opening of our new regional office located in the rapidly growing Salt Lake Valley will allow us to better serve our growing base of clients in the state and lays the ground work to expand throughout the western United States.” says Chris Hite co-founder and president of Coreland Companies. Coreland was recently awarded the management assignment by Kensington Real Estate Group of Tustin for Plaza 7-21, a 70,000-square-foot retail/office center near the Sugar House district and is slated for an extensive cosmetic renovation in the next several months.
Prior to joining Coreland Companies, Pugh was a Real Estate Manager with CB Richard Ellis and successfully managed a 1.5 million-square-foot portfolio that consisted office, medical, retail and industrial commercial properties. In her new position, Pugh will be responsible for developing and training a management team to expand Coreland Companies’ portfolio in Utah and surrounding states. Her responsibilities include overseeing all facets of real estate management, including day-to-day physical operations, client, tenant and vendor relations, operating budgets, reporting, and tenant and building improvements. Pugh will report to Cheryl Todd, Vice President Real Estate Management in Coreland’s corporate offices in Tustin.
“The Salt Lake Valley has become a thriving center of industry and commerce,” says Hite. “We anticipate this area to grow even more and have positioned Coreland to further enhance the high level of service that we provide to our clients in the region.”
Pugh’s professional affiliations include the Building Owners Managers Association (BOMA) and she holds a Utah Department of Real Estate Salesperson license. She currently resides in South Jordan.
