To Whom It May Concern:
I have audio recordings that unequivocally prove collusion between local law enforcement and career criminals. In them, the criminals discuss the justification given to them by police for waging a campaign of terror against their victims. The police and their criminal counterparts commit both violent and non-violent crimes, which result in the complete depletion of the target's resources. The victim is often psychologically scarred for life, preventing any means of recovery from this tragedy.
I would like to submit these recordings to any interested party ASAP. I will also forward details of the federal civil rights lawsuit filed last month. The complaint has not yet been amended to support every cause of action; however, a letter to the Department of Justice details several events of interest.
So far, the causes of actions include—but are not limited to—civil conspiracy, libel/slander and negligence. While many lawsuits are filed against police alleging such misconduct, no others are supported by the mountain of audio, video and documented evidence (not to mention eyewitness testimony).
