KTGY GROUP Principal David Senden Invited to Participate as Panelist at Urban Land Institute (ULI) Mixed-Use Development Program in Northern California

Award-winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, is pleased to announce that David Senden, a principal and lead residential designer, has been invited to participate as a panelist in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) policy program series, “Mixed-Use Development: When and Where Does One Roll the Dice?” held on March 23, 2007 in Roseville, Calif. Senden’s panel is entitled “Entitlements and Dealing with Jurisdictions.”

March 19, 2007 (FPRC) -- IRVINE, CALIF. - Award-winning KTGY GROUP, INC., Architecture and Planning, is pleased to announce that David Senden, a principal and lead residential designer, has been invited to participate as a panelist in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) policy program series, “Mixed-Use Development: When and where does one roll the dice?” held on March 23, 2007 in Roseville, Calif. Senden’s panel is entitled “Entitlements and Dealing with Jurisdictions.”

At KTGY, Senden leads a team of designers and planners that work hand in hand with the local jurisdiction, builder and community. With a focus on infill housing, Senden provides the vision for the design of each residence and overall neighborhood. Prior to joining KTGY, Senden was a key member of various design firms in Southern California and Louisiana. His experience covers a wide range of regions, with the most recent concentration being in the San Francisco Bay Area for builders, such as Regis Homes, SummerHill Homes, Taylor-Woodrow, Bridge Housing and Toll Brothers.

Senden was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and a Master of Architecture from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has also served as a studio critic for the schools of architecture at California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and Tulane University. He currently resides in Long Beach, Calif.
