April 24, 2007 (FPRC) -- Dimensions E Services announces the launch of an on-line test preparation tool, branded as uTest. This is the first product from this India based e-Learning content and applications developers. The tool encompasses all major functionalities in a Test preparation environment. It comes with the ability to create customized tests, manage multiple sessions and students. Some of the key features are ability to configure a test based on question level difficulties, introduce modules/ lessons, allow peer reviews, report relative and absolute grades.
Despite a big list of trainer and user delight features, the tool is light. Using it is a breeze, one needs only a 15 minute induction.

Some detailed features:
uTest is a test preparation engine. It has a robust Administration module that would allow a trainer/ teacher to assemble a test on the fly. And it has a unique user experience that allows students peer to peer reviews and customizable feedback reports. It can be integrated into any existing or planned e learning framework.
Test developer features
The trainers have flexibility to categorize questions into 3 difficulty modes and infinite chapters/ modules. The tests can be timed or un-timed. An instructor can also define the class or students who would take the test. Most important feature is the flexibility to author to manage multiple tests from a personalized home page.
Test taker features
Test takers have many features at their finger tips. They can take the test in practice mode or scoring mode. The practice mode would allow them to add bookmarks and review later while the scoring mode would give them performance charts. The performance charts are dynamically generated and give relative and absolute scores.
