LLE - Language Services recently educated the customer service industry’s top executives on effective ways to overcome foreign language challenges at the 2007 Customer Contact Conference, East, hosted by Frost and Sullivan, in Fort Myers, Florida.

April 26, 2007 (FPRC) -- LLE - Language Services, a leading language services provider to government and business organizations, featured a product showcase called On-Demand Language Services in the Multi-Channel Contact Center at Frost and Sullivan’s 2007 Customer Contact Mindxchange Conference, East. The presentation featured Enterprise Language Solutions, a capstone of the foreign language support services available at every communication point accessed by an organization’s customer or prospect. Directors, managers, and vice presidents dealing with customer service and communication delivery methods attended the event.
