May 16, 2007 (FPRC) -- SAN ANTONIO, TX— ForAccess.com announced addition of two advisors to its board this week. Greg Schumann, an expert programmer, and Bonnie Rivera, an IT consultant, agreed to serve as hardware and IT expert for the company.

“Greg actually designed the prototype for our initial site, and is a phenomenally talented individual. His insights into the programming enhancements and capability of the project have always been very client centered. I am delighted that he has joined our advisory board and look forward to working with him again,” commented Jeanne Fuller, president of ForAccess.com.

ForAccess.com is a consumer advocacy website dedicated to helping consumers make an informed decision prior to hiring professionals such as counselors, realtors, physicians, and many others. Schumann said, “I believe that my business application development experience along with my project management and technical skills will be beneficial to the website and, ultimately, to the consumers. I look forward to helping with updates to the site, and reviewing the coding and data models.”

Commenting on his appointment to the board, Schumann said, “I’ve been involved in this project following its initial creation. I have seen it evolve from a concept to reality, and am anxious to see it continue to do so. Consumers need to know how valuable this site is as far as validating that a professional really who he or she says they are. For professionals, if you're on the list, that means you're the ‘best of the best"—you’re on a list of credible people who have been validated.”
Jeanne Fuller, president of ForAccess.com, said, “Bonnie Rivera brings multiple talents to the table. Not only does she have a broad experience in information technology, but she is also a consultant for new business owners. She understands the challenges facing many of our professionals. Bonnie’s small business expertise will also be pivotal in helping ForAccess.com obtain certifications.”

Rivera added, “Technology changes so quickly these days. Businesses struggle to keep up with the newest software packages and operating systems. I hope to be able to introduce new technology to ForAccess and its members and demystify the confusion surrounding IT in general. She continued by saying, “I have watched Jeanne bring ForAccess to fruition over the past several years. She has a passion for helping protect consumers while helping professionals best present and market them selves. I am honored to be a part of this organization.”
