May 18, 2007 (FPRC) -- This online platform helps private companies and entrepreneurs raise seed money, venture capital and find investors through a proven multi-step process. Entrepreneurs and private business owners will be able to gain access to over 2,000 angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity funds and institutional investors to showcase and promote their companies and business plans.
Users of the platform will have the ability to upload their executive summaries, business plans, financial projections and power point presentations. They will then be able to have their company or business plan rated on a scale of 100 to 1000. If they score higher than 400 they will be able to move to the syndication stage where they will get presented to investors. If they score below 400 they will get a detailed report with suggestions on how to improve their score so they can improve their attractiveness to investors.
Raising money can be a demanding and confusing experience, and our mission is to help make the process easier and less costly for the business owner.
