Dumb Criminals

If you can afford to rent a limo, why would you want to rob a bank?

 Print View

PROVIDENCE, R.I (FPRC) May 22, 2007 -- So she hired a limousine and tried to rob a bank at its drive-up window. The 22-year-old woman from Westbrook, Connecticut, pleaded guilty Wednesday to attempted bank robbery.

I don’t know what’s dumber: robbing a bank from a limo or the drive thru window? Did she send the gun through the air pressure tubed thingy and then demand the money?

Here’s what actually happened. Maurice hired the limo to drive her to the airport and asked the driver to stop at the bank. She gets out, hands the teller a note that says she hid two bombs in the bank and the teller hit an alarm. Maurice scrambled and the driver left her at the scene. Well, someone didn’t get a tip that day.

Later she was arrested. Police hired a car to bring her to the jail for her. she should have tipped the limo company better and hired the right driver for the job, haahahhahah. We at 20/20 BAIL BONDS located in the Riverside county area of Los Angeles always see stories like this in the business, we will try to post a different story every day to make you guys laugh.
