May 22, 2007 (FPRC) -- Ramsey, owner of Life by Design, is a self esteem & life coach, specializing in helping the work at home moms with the various issues that encompass their lives such as life/work balance, avoiding the “supermom” trap, and overcoming self sabotage.She began working with Tupperware in late 2006 and started Back to the Table as a way to incorporate another aspect of the working mother’s life; preparing, cooking and storing meals. She partnered with cookbook author, Betty Lynch to offer workshops that provides the attendees with great recipes, cooking shortcuts and tips for cooking and meal planning. Especially on holidays, it can be more stressful to try and prepare a “special” meal that everyone will enjoy. Ramsey & Lynch bring Back to the Table offer a means that the business mom doesn’t have to spend ALL day in the kitchen.
Ramsey’s desire to help women led her to start Life By Design, where she provides one-on-one coaching, group coaching and offers classes on the principle of prosperity through a strong healthy foundation of self. Her passion is helping women find self-empowerment in order to make their goals a reality. “When we understand ourselves, take care of ourselves, and are aware of our own behaviors, then we can start creating the life that we want.” Ramsey explains to her clients. However, she can give her family and friends a delicious meal to share. Ramsey & Lynch have even began a blog, admirably named, Back to the Table, which provides recipes, articles and resources for the busy mom to help in this part of life.
