June 6, 2007 (FPRC) -- "A lot of people don’t know the power of their words," said Janie. "In the beginning God created the world with His words. He didn’t say, 'My, it is dark out there,' what he didn’t want. Instead He said, 'Let there be light,' and there was light. God created everyone in His image and likeness, giving us the ability to use our words to create our world, the things we need and desire."
"Speaking scripture confessions, we are saying what God has said," said Janie. "We are applying spiritual laws that can control natural laws, thereby we can control our circumstances and bring healing to our bodies, improve our finances, bring protection in dangerous situations, bring hope where there is no hope, and much, much more."
There are four kinds of confessions in the Bible, the confession of sin, confession of the negative, confession of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the confession of saying the same thing God says, or to repeat the Word of God.
Death and life are in the power of the tongue. This is the power we have with each of our words.
"In every circumstance in life, God has given scriptures to speak for an energizing, effective, power-filled, predictable outcome," said Janie. "The CD gives concrete examples of scriptures that can be spoken in everyday circumstances. We can’t lay the Bible down on the coffee table and expect it to change our lives; we have to speak the Word out of our mouths.”
"The scriptures I share on the CD for healing," said Janie, "My family and I have used for our medicine for over 30 years and haven't had to see a doctor, go to the hospital, or had to take medicine. Some of the other scriptures we have used for our finances, protection, hope in hopeless situations, etc. and have gotten amazing results. On the CD I have included with the scriptures, scripture confessions and also added some personal testimonies of experiencing the power resulting from the scriptures."
