The jury deliberated for two days and was hung on whether the client drove under influence.
Koszdin�s client (name withheld for confidentiality) was arrested and charged with dui with blood alcohol level of .09. The Los Angeles District Attorney offered a wet reckless, the same offer made to Paris Hilton and accepted by Hilton. The case was tried in the Superior Court at Metro division.
