Darcorp Vice President of Property Management to Participate in Bodybuilding Show
Frank Mendoza, Vice President of the property management division of Darcorp Properties will be participating in his first bodybuilding show this Saturday, June 23rd.

June 19, 2007 (FPRC) -- Hard-work and dedication is the key to success in all aspects of life. Ask Frank Mendoza, as he prepares to compete in this weekend’s 2007 NPC Junior California Bodybuilding and Figure Championships while also focusing on Darcorp’s recent expansion to So Cal.
In March 2007, Frank made the decision to compete in his first competition after seeing many competitors training at his gym, World Gym West Covina. It was motivating to him and was proof that the goal was attainable and the resources were already there. He hired a nutritionist to carefully plan out his pre-contest diet, and a motivational trainer for his weight training workouts.
In March he started out weighing 230 pounds with a body fat percentage of 30%. Sixteen weeks later, and four days before his competition, he weighed a solid 195 with a 5% body fat, and hopes to lose a few more pounds of water weight before the show. A strict diet of clean eating and a rigorous weight training and cardio program took him to a competition level within the short period of time. He will be competing in the novice heavyweight category for his first show this Saturday.
Darcorp is making a recent expansion to the Southern California area, being led by Frank, the business development executive and vice president. Because of busy work days, Frank will wake up as early as necessary to get his training for the day completed and prepare his meals for an on-the-go day. Sometimes you will find Frank at the gym as early as 3:30 a.m., or maybe twice a day. Frank will do whatever it takes to achieve both his goals of company expansion and in bodybuilding competions. He is an example for all of us when it comes down to dedication, commitment, and drive.
