New Article Reveals Strategy Behind Cary NC Real Estate Agency Firm’s Success

July 24, 2007 (FPRC) -- While many real estate agents struggle to remain profitable, Cary NC real estate agency Town & Country Realty has developed a system for success that will be revealed in the August edition of Broker Agent Magazine. Earlier this year, Americans saw Town & Country Realty featured on the HGTV show BUY ME for staging and marketing a home in Holly Springs. Now realtors can learn the strategies behind the agency’s success.

Mike Montpetit, owner of Town & Country Realty, says that he is happy to share the strategies that his made his Cary NC company a top producing local area agency in order to help others master their success.

“Real estate can be a tough business without a laser targeted focus and customer-centric processes. My goal is to help other agents within the community discover how to organize their real estate businesses to better serve their customers and become more profitable in the process,” says Montpetit president of Town & Country Realty (http://www.mikesrealestateteam.com).

Montpetit is a third generation real estate professional, learning strategies to drive results that were cultivated by his father and grandfather. “Many new agents think that once they’ve earned their licenses that this is where the learning ends. In reality, it is after an agent opens the doors to customers that the real learning begins,” explains Montpetit.

Among the topics discussed in the Broker Agent Magazine article, Montpetit talks about client communication, setting quality standards, establishing a niche market, and more. Laced with personal stories about how Montpetit and his real estate broker and partner wife balance work with family, the article is educational as well as touching.

Montpetit says that the primary reason behind the firm’s success is the boutique-style concierge service that they provide to customers. The agency takes customer service to a new level of professionalism not often seen in the real estate industry. As a result, the average Town & Country home sells in 49 days for an average of 98.6% of list price. “We aren’t all things to all people; however we’re everything to the people we serve. We take pride in giving our clients more than they expect and in turn, nearly 60% of business comes from referrals,” says Montpetit.

The August edition of Broker Agent magazine will arrive on store shelves during the final days of July. The magazine is written specifically for residential real estate professionals and is currently read by approximately 10,000 real estate professionals in the Triangle.
