August 11, 2007 (FPRC) -- RanchRanch.com, America's free land-for-sale website, has introduced new features that make editing, deleting, and adding property listings easier. Land owners and real estate agents can access the new features at no charge at the www.ranchranch.com website.
The new system allows land-for-sale advertisers to create their own account for free, using their contact email address as their username, and any password they choose. Once logged in, editing and deleting existing listings is easy. In addition, new land listings can be posted, with many of the form blanks pre-populated with data from the advertiser's most recent listing.
RanchRanch.com is designed to help connect buyers and sellers of rural properties, raw land, and ranches, all without charge. There is no limit to the number of ads a single real estate agent can list on the website. RanchRanch.com only handles properties located in the United States.
Real estate professionals can enter a free listing into RanchRanch.com with the state, county, number of acres, and price of the property for sale. Land type – such as industrial lot, recreational land, or horse farm – can also be input, as can property features like reservoir, subdividable, and crossfenced.
To help brokers comply with real estate advertising laws, ads may also include the listing brokerage company name, and a legend such as "presented by a licensed real estate agent" or "presented by a licensed real estate broker." Ads may also include a property's name, street address, and town.
