(ABS) launches Staff Files® HR Document Maker, a new human resource software title to their existing line-up of easy-to-use business solutions. HR Document Maker is designed to help employers easily and quickly write office policies, employee handbooks, job descriptions, and HR forms and checklists. The software also includes ready-to-print IRS forms and U.S. Department of Labor regulation posters.
“Our customers wanted a time-saving way of producing essential HR documents” says Jon Forknell, vice president and general manager of Atlas Business Solutions. “There is a growing interest in producing office policies and employee handbooks, as well as other HR forms. HR Document Maker was developed with those needs in mind and is a perfect complement to our Staff Files HR software.”
HR Document Maker is the newest title in the Staff Files line of human resource management software. Staff Files allows managers and human resource professionals to easily store, retrieve and safeguard employee information with a quick-tab navigation system. It tracks compensation, benefits, evaluations, time-off accruals and more for each employee.

HR Document Maker contains hundreds of pre-written human resource templates, including six employee handbook samples, and over 130 office policies, 75 job descriptions, and 50 HR forms and checklists. Templates are stored as Microsoft® Word templates, which are quick and easy to use. HR Document Maker users can publish HR documents with their company contact information and logo. Published documents can be edited, printed or e-mailed within Word. Published documents are organized and stored in HR Document Maker for quick and easy reference. HR Document Maker also contains a library of IRS forms and U.S. Department of Labor posters.
